We breathe in and out 25,920 times every single day on average which is equivalent to 18 breaths in and out per minute. The optimum number of breaths in and out is 5,760 times per day or approximately 4 breaths in and out per minute.
With inappropriate and inefficient breathing, we are cutting our body short of its main energy resource.
During our workshop, we are combining therapeutic bodywork/exercise, and ancient breathing technics with the understanding of vibrational energy from music to help you return to a natural and healthy way to breathe.
