This class will help you create a stable and steady physical and mental foundation to find greater ease and comfort through the breath, strengthening, stretching, relaxation and meditation to nourish you with what you are truly hungry for on all levels. If you feel stiff, scattered or are just curious please try our beginner yoga class!
