Service Description
Yoga is increasingly heralded as a solution for many diverse challenges we face in the body and the mind. Ancient yogis knew this and held that the mind’s home is the body and that the body can help or hinder the mind. Yet many people don’t know where to begin with a yoga practice. This class will help you create a stable and steady physical and mental foundation to find greater ease and comfort through the breath, strengthening, stretching, relaxation and meditation to nourish you with what you are truly hungry for on all levels. If you feel stiff, scattered or are just curious please try our beginner yoga class!

Cancellation Policy
Canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will result in a full session charged to me unless I have an emergency. If you are ill, some modalities offered by Touchstone cannot be performed. Please call us to determine if it is still appropriate for you to come in for your session.
