The SOMA Energized Meditation Routine is a 1-hour long workshop based on rhythmic breathing supported by a great, uplifting, music.
You will be able to:
improve your efficiency in the use of Oxygen but also increase your tolerance to carbon dioxide.
slow down your breathing to less than 10 breaths per minute
encourages people to breathe through their nose more.
encourage people to breath through their diaphragm
release tension from the body
boost your mood
improve your meditative state
